Structure
The Ihsan Initiative operates as a limited company registered in Singapore with a unique status that positions it as a not-for-profit entity. Functioning effectively as a waqf (endowment) of its shareholders, the initiative ensures that its activities and revenues are reinvested exclusively to achieve its ethical and societal objectives.
While structured to embody the principles of a waqf, the company does not accept individual donations, maintaining a sustainable and self-reliant operational model aligned with its commitment to Islamic ethics and global welfare.
